Job Description :

• Conduct telephone triage of incoming patient calls.
• Return calls to patients to discuss treatment plans and test results.
• Ensure compliance process is initiated immediately upon accepting the position.
• Complete medical and drug screening within 72 hours of accepting the position.
• Maintain readiness for starting compliance process immediately.
• Collaborate effectively within the internal medicine team.
• Provide excellent patient care and communication.
