ELEVATE YOUR RETAIL SALES CAREER THIS YEAR by applying for an Automotive Sales position at Crown ACURA! As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Crown ACURA in Clearwater, you must have customer-facing retail sales experience, a great personality, the drive to earn a great income, and a reputation for integrity and honesty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers of all income levels is equally important. Customer-facing RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! Customer-facing Retail Customer Service experience will also be considered. Automotive experience is appreciated, but not required. Salary/Commission/Bonus Combination Range: $45K - $100K+ based upon experience, qualifications and DRIVE to perform at a high level. We are a family-owned automotive dealership group since 1969 in the Tampa Bay Area with additional locations in Tallahassee, Tennessee and Ohio.

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Sales Consultant positions include:
  • Previous RETAIL (customer facing) sales or customer service experience (customer facing) is important!
  • Experience with customers of all income levels
  • Outside sales experience helpful, but not required
  • Phone marketing sales experience appreciated, but not required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Automotive sales experience appreciated, but not required
