Key Responsibilities
Support the COO by managing strategic projects that involve multiple teams and drive revenue
Develop and execute onboarding processes and strategies for revenue performance across product lines
Translate strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones and timelines
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership roles
Proven experience in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
Experience in building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results
