Job Title : Senior Payroll Specialist – Healthcare (Multi-Entity)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll across multiple healthcare affiliates, including nursing home care, home care, long-term care, and assisted living programs. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll operations while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as union agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processing for multiple entities.
• Oversee time and attendance systems (UKG / Kronos, HHA Exchange) for accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll with HR / HRIS updates (new hires, terminations, position changes).
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process retirement contributions, union benefit reports, and related payments.
• Generate payroll reports to support Finance and monthly close.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $70,000 – $80,000 annually + benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, professional development)
