Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design and people strategy
Develop and implement People strategies that align with company goals
Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR / People experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to build and lead People programs across various HR functions
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple U.S. states
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar senior-level HR certification preferred
