Certified Medical Assistant

Full time LPN/Medical Assistant needed for busy 10 Provider Physicians office. Must be hard working, dependable, and a team player. Must be able to multitask.

Some of the duties include:

• Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Giving injections of medication
• Immunizations
• Taking medical histories
• Entering information into computer systems
• Keeping medical records current

Requirements

-LPN License/Medical Assistant Certification

-Strong communication and people skills

-Ability to work well with others

-Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

-Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under

HIPAA standards.

-Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

-Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and skills
