Descripción del trabajoInterface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence Present findings and recommendation to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivation and energetic personality Team-oriented Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple priorities Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program Junior or senior standing preferred 401k with up to a 5% company match Sick Leave Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more Global Fortune 500 company with a wide array of growth, training, and development opportunities Work alongside experienced goal-oriented colleagues recognized as experts in their field This position may offer relocation assistance benefits. Requisition Summary
PACCAR Parts has an exciting Customer Experience summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process.
- Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
- Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
- Develop mentoring relationships with Customer Service leaders
- Gain valuable hands-on experience
