Now Hiring : Administrative Assistant (Front Desk & Office Operations)

My client is seeking an organized, professional, and proactive Administrative Assistant to be the face of their office and the heart of daily operations.

This role sits at the front desk and ensures everything runs smoothly across all shared spaces. You'll manage reception duties, provide administrative support, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and community-driven workplace.

What You'll Do :

  • ? Maintain and organize office and reception areas
  • ? Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and candidates
  • ? Handle mail, packages, and vendor coordination
  • ? Support team lunches, meetings, and special events
  • ? Assist with in-house art, community, and networking events
  • ? Manage receipts, expenses, and office purchasing
  • ? Partner closely with the Operations Team to keep everything running seamlessly

Details :

  • ?? Full-time | 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (in-office 5 days / week)
  • ?? Performance-based year-end bonus
  • ?? 3% 401(k) / Roth employer contribution + employer health contributions
