Oracle Talent & Learning Technical Consultant - Onsite (Full Time)

  • Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be plus
  • Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
  • Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.
  • Hands on experience with Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Goal Management
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
  • Experience on HCM Extracts will be must
  • Worked as a Technical Resource for given Oracle Talent Management Implementation project

Experience Required

  • Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
  • Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
  • Manage configuration prototype for review and validation
  • Create baseline configuration workbooks from Talent and Learning
  • Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
