A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced HR environment focused on onboarding, administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Support various HR functions including onboarding, compliance administration, and employee support
Manage onboarding processes and coordinate payroll-related administration
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred
Strong experience with HRIS and payroll systems required
Experience managing I-9 compliance processes strongly required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
