We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer to support a large, complex organization operating in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment. This role focuses on building, enhancing, maintaining, and debugging computer applications that support daily operations and long-term technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable applications. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful systems used by thousands of internal and external users. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional application development experience, including building, enhancing, and debugging computer applications in a production environment.Professional experience in application development or software engineeringExperience building, enhancing, or debugging applications in a production environmentProficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar)Experience working with relational databases and SQLFamiliarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologiesClean and sanitize offices, maintenance shops, transit centers, and passenger vehiclesSweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and surfacesEmpty trash and recycling receptaclesClean restrooms and replenish suppliesFollow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properlyReport maintenance or safety concerns to supervisorsMaintain cleanliness standards in high-traffic public areasDesign, develop, test, and maintain custom computer applicationsEnhance existing applications by adding new features and improving performanceTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and defectsCollaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirementsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and follow development best practicesSupport application deployments and post-release maintenanceEnsure applications meet security, performance, and compliance standardsExperience Preferences :
