A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II - RGA to support customer inquiries and manage product returns remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to and resolve customer / sales requests including returns, pricing credits, and defective products
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of credits and returns
Adhere to service quality standards and stay updated on new processes and initiatives
Required Qualifications :
2 years of customer service experience in an ACD environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of mainframe systems
Good PC and Excel knowledge, with excellent keyboarding skills
Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize projects efficiently
Participate in Continuous Improvement and support PPI projects
