Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of senior staff
Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions
Manage candidate experience and create weekly activity reports on recruiting activities
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
