At Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing Co. our dishwashers play a very valuable role in ensuring every guest has a safe and healthy dining experience. We are looking for dedicated dish staff to help us in this mission, while also experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. Job Description :

• Operation of Dish Machine.
• Ensure Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Dish Machine.
• Monitoring levels of chemicals for the dish machine.
• Ensure Proper Sanitation of all dishes : cups, glasses, root beer mugs, entrée plates, bread and butter plates, ice cream dishes, soup bowls, soup cups, pots, pans, space savers, utensils, silverware, cutting boards, pizza pans, ashtrays, sheet trays, etc.
• Change dishwater at specified times.
• Ensure proper storage and restocking of dishes, pots, pans, etc, in designated areas.
• Proper Sanitation of floors, walls, drains, and shelves.
• Removal of garbage and linens throughout and end of night.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
