Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machining environment.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our dynamic team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. If you have a passion for precision machining and programming, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
- Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD / CAM software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
