Provide clinical and operational leadership for the skilled nursing neighborhood
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff
Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated nursing team with a focus on staff engagement and retention
Stabilize and strengthen staffing through consistent leadership, coaching, and presence
Oversee wound care management, ensuring best practices and positive outcomes
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining survey readiness
Promote a faith-aligned culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence
Strong, visible leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence
Demonstrated success in improving or stabilizing staff retention
Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership
Solid clinical judgment and commitment to quality outcomes
Genuine ability to connect with residents and staff on a personal level
Alignment with the values of a faith-based, mission-driven organization
Current RN license in the State of Ohio (BSN preferred)
