About the Role :
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our clients. Youll assist with policy questions, billing, and claims, while supporting our agents to deliver the outstanding service our agency is known for.

Requirements
Coachable and eager to learn well train the right person
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and organization skills
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Previous customer service or insurance experience a plus (but not required)
