POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the BDR will be responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic accounts across ABS Graphics' full portfolio of services, with a focus on high-value direct mail and visual merchandising programs.
This is a high-performance, consultative sales role with priority placed on candidates who :
Bring an existing, transferable book of business that will generate immediate revenue upon joining, or
Demonstrate the ability to activate a proven, high-value rolodex within their first 90 days.
Ideal candidates will have deep expertise selling into marketing, procurement, and creative leadership at mid-market and enterprise organizations, particularly in industries where direct mail and / or visual merchandising are key revenue drivers. The role requires both strategic selling and disciplined pipeline management, with a focus on consultative solutions that integrate ABS Graphics' in-house production, fulfillment, and certified data security capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business development through existing relationships, targeted prospecting, and strategic account penetration.
Develop program-based, consultative solutions for direct mail campaigns, visual merchandising initiatives, and integrated print / fulfillment programs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Collaborate with Estimating, Client Services, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, smooth onboarding, and flawless project delivery.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, manage pipeline stages, and deliver accurate revenue forecasting to the CRO.
Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs / ABRs) with top clients to reinforce relationships, uncover opportunities, and increase account value.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue, margin, and activity targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong preference for candidates with an existing, transferable book of business in commercial print, direct mail, visual merchandising, or related marketing execution services.
Proven ability to rapidly monetize an established professional network and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive, results-driven environments.
Established client relationships with the ability to generate revenue quickly upon hire.
Highly self-motivated with a natural drive to excel; thrives without external supervision to maintain high performance.
Strong understanding of print production, USPS regulations, and merchandising / display execution.
Familiarity with data security standards and compliance requirements for regulated industries.
Demonstrated ability to sell solutions & programs consultatively, engaging senior-level decision-makers across marketing, procurement, and operations.
Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation Range : $80,000-$200,000+ annually, with the specific package determined by the candidate's proven capacity to generate revenue through an existing book of business. Actual compensation will be influenced by any active non-compete agreements as well as the expected timing for transitioning & activating their book of business.
A salary runway may be provided on a case-by-case basis to support onboarding and ramp-up, typically lasting 6 to 18 months, after which the role transitions to a commission-based structure with uncapped earnings potential.
ABS Graphics will also consider sign-on bonus opportunities and other customized compensation arrangements for candidates who can demonstrate the ability to bring an established book of business exceeding $3 million in annual revenue.
