Document Management Clerk

A company is looking for a Document Management Mail & Scanning Clerk responsible for supporting mail operations and document processing within the loan servicing department.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail, including various delivery services

Prepare and generate shipping labels for deliveries

Organize, prepare, and scan files and documents related to loan servicing

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Collaborative team player skilled in working with peers and managers
