Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
• Develop and test new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to continuously improve performance.
• Conduct A / B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Research and manage keyword strategy for paid search campaigns.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, or other analytics tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages align with brand messaging.
• Optimize ad spend budgets to maximize ROI and scale high-performing campaigns.
