• Active Wisconsin RN license (BSN preferred but not required)\n
• 1-2 years nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health a plus\n
• Deep compassion and emotional resilience for end-of-life care\n
• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills\n
