KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Managed Services (https : / / kpmg.com / us / en / capabilities-services / advisory-services / kpmg-mana...) practice.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in scrums with the team to understand requirements.
• Oversee data management tasks such as data loading, data backup / recovery, data replication, and database tuning.
• Collaborate with software architects and developers to design databases that meet project requirements. Develop database structures, procedures, and data standards.
• Monitor databases to optimize database performance and diagnose issues. Manage database log review and implement database optimization strategies.
• Implement and maintain security policies. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard the database.
• Collaborate with other team members, IT departments, and leadership. Report on database management and performance.
