PA Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Case Management, Behavioral Health (Triage) to oversee clinical triage and linkage to care for at-risk members.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversees BH staff performing clinical triage and ensures operational goals are met

Identifies opportunities for improvement and coordinates referrals between departments

Develops clinical triage workflows and supports high-quality care management services

Qualifications :

Active PA Registered Nurse License required (B.S.N. Preferred) or LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Five or more years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance abuse settings

Three or more years of supervisory or leadership experience

Knowledge of DSM 5 and ASAM, with experience in assessment and triage of substance use disorders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems as technology advances
