Our client, a reputable commercial general contractor, is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead tenant improvement (TI) projects in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial construction and a passion for delivering high-quality spaces on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on hotel and restaurant TI projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage site documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders
