Servicing: Bradenton, Sarasota/Venice, North Port, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers & Cape Coral

Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000 (Base + Commission)

Are you a skilled residential electrician who enjoys both presenting solutions to homeowners and developing other technicians? Mr. Electric of the Suncoast is expanding, and we are looking for a Team Lead who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and customer service skills. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing, well-established service business across the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast.

About the Role:

At Mr. Electric of the Suncoast, our Team Leads serve a dual role:

• Presenting customized electrical solutions to residential customers in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
• Coaching, training, and developing technicians to achieve strong performance, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction

This role is perfect for an experienced electrician who not only loves the trade but also enjoys building customer relationships and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultations & Sales Presentations:
• Build trust with homeowners by confidently diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and presenting clear estimates and service options.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring:
• Coach, train, and support technicians to continually improve their technical skills, service delivery, and sales performance.
• Project Oversight:
• Ensure all projects are completed to code, on time, and with the highest workmanship standards.
• Customer Experience:
• Deliver five-star service experiences that drive positive reviews, repeat business, and strong customer referrals.
• Technical Leadership:
• Stay up-to-date with evolving code changes, safety standards, and the latest residential electrical technologies.
• Team Culture & Growth:
• Promote a positive, accountable team environment that supports ongoing development and long-term growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience.
• Proven ability to present and sell services directly to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000 (Base Salary + Commission)
