Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a reputable healthcare facility in Great Barrington, Massachusetts . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and at-home exercises
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Support discharge planning and team care meetings

    • Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
