Pay Rate : $60 / hr on W2
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing Digital PR strategies : Cultivating high-quality citations and brand mentions. Proactively create a backlog of relevant opportunities for promotion from relevant publications and websites through engaging content creation and strategic outreach.
- Online reputation management : Monitor online mentions and social media conversations to track brand sentiment and respond effectively to manage and enhance brand reputation.
- AI engine and search audits : Integrate optimization best practices into digital PR campaigns and content to improve online visibility.
- Performance monitoring and reporting : Use digital analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, SEO, etc.) to ensure digital PR efforts align with broader marketing and communication objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends : Continuously monitor changes in search engine algorithms, digital media trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content, media outreach, and internal / external communication.
- SEO knowledge : A solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO elements.
- Analytical skills : Ability to interpret data from analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console) to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Digital proficiency : Adeptness with digital platforms, content management systems, social media tools, and other relevant digital technologies.
- Strategic thinking and planning : Capacity to develop and implement effective digital PR campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Relationship building and networking : Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Project management skills : Ability to oversee projects from conception to completion, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Crisis management skills : Ability to handle sensitive situations and manage brand reputation effectively under pressure.
