Master Automotive Technician (Auto Mechanic Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

Tuffy Auto Care Center is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our high-performance team. What Youll Do

Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair in alignment with dealer and factory standards.

Accurately and efficiently complete all work as outlined on repair orders.

Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical malfunctions with confidence and precision.

Road-test and quality-check all completed repairs to ensure the highest standard of performance and safety.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for.

Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping vehicles clean and maintaining open communication with the service team.

What You Bring

ASE Master Certification (or equivalent experience preferred)

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems

Personal tool set and commitment to maintaining it

Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
