Thank you for your interest in Anza Management. We are looking for a full-time floating HVAC / Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary :

HVAC Tech / Maintenance Technician Requirements :

• Must have a type 1 & 2 EPA Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance
• Bilingual prefer English and Spanish
• This is a floater position- required to cover different properties where needed, within the same mile radius
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Will be subject to a Background / Physical / Drug screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
