Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage ticket creation and backlog grooming

Maintain technical documentation and identify blockers for smooth sprint execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in technical project management within Agile environments

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools

Experience with mobile application development is a strong plus
