This community hospital located in Northwest Illinois is looking for a permanent Family Medicine physician. Location wise, this is in a desirable community about an hour from Rockford, Illinois and from the Quad Cities. There is some flexibility with this opening, and here's an overview :

• Hospital employed, full-time position.
• Can choose between traditional or outpatient-only practice.
• Can choose between two locations for your practice.
• Base salary range quoted at $300-360K per year plus benefits, bonus potential.
