A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to advise and support students throughout the enrollment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Enroll new students into University programs and retain them from registration through term start
Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and text as per departmental expectations
Document all activities and communications related to student interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college / university
Two years of experience in higher education enrollment or a closely related industry / sales role
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
Experience with sales-related skills
Ability to work in a fully remote environment
