What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Development

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles — from field crews to management and administrative support.
• Partner with the COO and leadership team to define roles, write scorecards, and hire top-tier talent that fits PRC’s culture.
• Build recruiting systems, pipelines, and processes that scale with company growth.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and training programs that make new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.
