What's in it for You?

Pay Range : $35–$45 / hour with ability to earn commissions up to $185k+

Performance Incentives : Commission opportunities based on sales performance

Hiring Incentive :

Eligible for a one-time hiring incentive of up to $5,000, paid in two equal installments (50% after 90 days, 50% after 180 days of active employment)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday and willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Your New Role

As an Electrical Sales Representative , you’ll meet with our clients across the St. Louis Metro area, based out of Fenton, Missouri . You’ll assess customer needs, present custom solutions, and help clients make confident decisions about their electrical projects.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess electrical needs

Educate customers on available options and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and present professional, accurate estimates using digital tools

Follow up with clients, answer questions, and manage the client experience

Work closely with office staff and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

Maintain organized records and contribute ideas to improve the process

Must have experience in residential electrical sales (Solar, HVAC, and roofing are not comparable)

Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Confidence in presenting solutions and closing sales in person

Comfortable using Service Titan, tablets, and estimating platforms

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow with a high-performance team
