Descripción del trabajo8-10+ years of hands?on experience in full?stack development. Strong expertise in React.js for front?end development and Java Spring Boot for back?end services. Hands?on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines. Test?Driven Development (TDD) expertise, ensuring robust and maintainable code. Leadership abilities with experience managing remote or offshore teams. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI?powered coding assistants. Hands?on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber. Knowledge of cloud?native application development, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). We are looking for a Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team in United States!
Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee and manage the offshore development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality code delivery.
- Assess, evaluate and hire new offshore team members to build and maintain a strong technical workforce.
- Actively contribute to development efforts while leading by example in coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and performance.
- Monitor and track progress, ensuring offshore deliverables are on time.
- Ensure technical alignment of offshore development efforts with overall team and architecture.
