ICON Medical Network is working with an incredible client who is currently seeking an Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist for locums opportunities in Salem, OR!START : ASAPSCHEDULE : Monday through Friday, working 8-5 PM, no call or weekends - Flexible schedule for possible 4 / 10hr daysTRAVEL : Lodging, rental and flights are all coveredBENEFITs : Malpractice insurance is coveredASSIGNMENT : Locums Tenens minimum of 3 month assignment, prefers 6 monthsAdult Psychiatrist Job Summary : Needs are for adult inpatient hospitalAcuity level varies on each unitNot responsible for seeing each patient daily as most are long term stay due to severe mental illnessEMR is Avatar (some paper documenting)Responsibilities include evaluations, med checks, consults, and working with the treatment teamAttend a six day thorough orientation programQualifications : Inpatient Psychiatry experience comfortable with severely mentally ill patientsBoard Eligible or Certifiedis acceptableDEA and ACLSIf you are a Psychiatrist interested in this opportunity, please let me know!
