Pick and Pack Clerk – Temp to Hire

Location : Elgin, IL

Schedule : 2nd shift Monday -Friday 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00AM

Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Job Summary

As a Pick and Pack Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in our Digital Print Facility operations. You’ll assist with packing and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Whether you’re new to print or experienced, training and cross-training opportunities are provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer print orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinate daily pickups with FedEx and UPS; report any issues to management

Follow proper packing and labeling procedures (bubble wrap, labels, scanning, etc.)

Perform computerized tasks for tagging, shipping, and receiving materials

Adhere to company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
