Healthcare Associate Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Healthcare (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload distribution and staff development

Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data

Drive team performance by monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards

Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience leading a team in the healthcare domain, specifically in Provider Data Management

Must be Team Manager University Certified

Must be in current role for a minimum of 6 months
