A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist - Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts outreach via phone, email, texts, and LinkedIn to authorized participants
Assesses participant needs and explains available coaching benefits
Records participant information and manages daily workflow effectively
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience in a results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving goals
Familiarity with SalesLoft, CRM, and Calendly is preferred
Understanding of sales techniques related to closing a sale
