Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to focus on root cause analysis (RCA) and systemic service improvement . This position is perfect for individuals with a background in software engineering or site reliability engineering (SRE) who want to lead impactful technical programs. You will combine analytical skills, technical expertise, and influence across teams to enhance our service reliability.
As part of the Quality of Service (QoS) team, you will be at the forefront of initiatives aimed at improving reliability, availability, and observability. You will oversee end-to-end RCA programs, collaborate with SRE and engineering teams, and transform recurring incidents into robust service resilience.

The hiring range for this position is $90,100 to $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonus and equity.
