We're expanding our B2B sales division in both our Denver Metro and Colorado Springs markets, and are looking for driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential business clients across a variety of industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach and account management
- Present and promote Surge's services in a way that aligns with each client's business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
- Track performance metrics and report on sales activity and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business developmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage a pipeline, stay organized, and prioritize effectivelySelf-starter who is motivated by goals and growth opportunitiesExperience in marketing, advertising, or professional services is a plusWhat We Offer
