EAP Counselor (Part time)

Valeo Resources is partnered with a nationwide EAP group, and we're looking to add a part time EAP Counselor to the team! In this role, you will be working with US Customs and Border Protection employees. Part time means 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, standard business hours - must be available for some early evening appointments).

The position is about 30% counseling - the rest of the duties are mixture of outreach (within the station), attending shift meetings, collaborating with management, workshops / trainings, etc.

Schedule : M-F, day shifts - 20-24 hr / wk

Responsibilities and requirements :

• Must hold mental health license in the state of Montana (LCSW / LPC / LMFT / etc.)
• Experience working with employee conflict resolution and facilitating workshops / training strongly preferred
• Must have desire to work with law enforcement population in an unconventional work environment (airports, customs and border protection stations, etc.)
• Experience with short term solution focused and / or grief therapy required
