Collections Representative

Collections Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts through both automated and manual outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct inbound and outbound automated calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts.
• Perform manual outbound calls to responsible parties to resolve outstanding balances.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze and improve collection processes for enhanced member satisfaction.
• Actively participate in coaching and feedback sessions to continuously improve performance.
• Foster a positive team environment by offering encouragement and constructive feedback to peers.
• Interpret account information and deliver tailored financial solutions to members.
• Educate members on the distinctions between Credit Counseling Agencies and Debt Settlement companies.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
