Descripción del trabajoTrain and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service Work with sales team to maximize sales and profitability Attain both personal and store goals in sales volume and related revenue metrics Be responsible for management coverage of the store location, including opening and closing of the store Maintain up-to-date knowledge about furniture products Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level through quality service, courteous employees, and quick response to needs Analyze and process customer orders accurately Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale Ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner Minimum of 5 years in sales management or assistant store management in a retail setting Demonstrated success of past commission sales, preferably in furniture Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team Ability to move furniture for product demonstration Competitive compensation through salary, commission, and incentives Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, profit sharing, and PTO Ability to make a real impact on company success and team growth Stability and reputation — we've been a local leader since 1988
