Execute Personalized HCP journey and trigger next best action.

Build the marketing technology backbone for n=1 HCP targeted end-to-end marketing and field expereinces.

About the Role

Design end-to-end architecture : identity / consent decisioning orchestration activation.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate workflows with Temporal.io (preferred) or Airflow ; prototype in n8n / Zapier .
  • Stand up omnichannel connectors (Email, SMS, Push, Paid Media, Web personalization, CRM sync).
  • Operationalize a CDP ( Adobe RTCDP , Salesforce Data Cloud , or Segment ) for profiles, events, and activation.
  • Configure journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer , Braze , or Iterable with guardrails and experiments.
  • Implement state management (Redis / DynamoDB / Firestore) for low-latency context and idempotency.
  • Ensure security / compliance (HIPAA / PHI, GDPR / CCPA); build monitoring, alerts, and SLAs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Martech / Solutions Architecture with omnichannel personalization.
  • Production experience with Temporal / Airflow and one+ CDP (Adobe RTCDP, SF Data Cloud, Segment).
  • Hands-on in Braze / Iterable / AJO journey design and execution.
  • Strong API / event design; TypeScript or Python proficiency.
  • Identity resolution, consent, deliverability; Redis / DynamoDB / Firestore experience.
  • Regulated data handling (HIPAA / PHI).

  • State Management : Redis, Dynamo DB, or Firestock to track user journey contecxt
