PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)- Full-time Travel (PT) Physical Therapist or local contract Physical Therapist (PT) needed to provide Home Health visits in a Senior Living setting in Falls Church, VA. Prior home health experience required.
$2100- $2300 net per week.

Visit weight—SOC / ROC=2 points, OASIS DC / Eval / Recert=1.5 points, Follow-up visits=1 point
Weekly expectations to meet 40 hours=28-30 points. (Approx 5 visits scheduled per day).
