Descripción del trabajoPlanning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve mobility. Conducting examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injury or disease. Utilizing tools and techniques to administer effective physical therapy interventions. Documenting client information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans. Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises. Incorporating current research into daily treatment practices. Demonstrating flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments. Participating in activities that promote the department and organization. Supervising assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment. Providing ongoing education and training to peers in your area of expertise. Appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice. Valid driver's license may be required when applicable. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 60 days of employment.
