Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules for sales managers and other key positions.
- Present job offers, manage onboarding processes, and identify areas for improvement in recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads to source and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance talent attraction.
- Conduct market research to identify effective recruitment channels and trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Foster relationships with candidates to create a positive experience and promote long-term engagement.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, including scheduling and offer presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of talent branding and corporate recruiting practices.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and process improvement methodologies.
