Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (construction experience preferred)

Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of job costing and construction billing

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
