Key Responsibilities Include :

• Review and understand complex data center construction projects that are being constructed by colocation lease providers.
• Analyze the projects for risk profiles and work with colocation providers to mitigate.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement long-term standards and strategies for data center colocation construction projects.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Project Oversight : Lead and manage the construction oversight efforts of data centers by colocation providers.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Risk Evaluation : Analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery.
• Tenant Fit Out Integration : Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the tenant fit out projects.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Design Coordination : Collaborate with design teams to ensure that construction activities align with the approved design plans and specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Provide ongoing colocation provider evaluation input for continuous improvement.
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project.
• Innovation and Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Attend meetings held in various time zones to support live engagement and support of international projects.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
